Darjeeling Moonshine

This is a high quality whole leaf spring Darjeeling tea from Glenburn Estate that is very different than expected for a black tea.  It looks like and steeps like a white tea, but because it’s rolled and slightly oxidized, it is considered a black tea.  All that said, the taste is beautiful and soft with notes of honeysuckle.  One of the first customers to try this exclaimed “Roberta you have to tell people about this!!”  It’s produced in limited amounts and so won’t be here long.
