Assam Mokilbari Estate FTGFOP-1

This Assam is my replacement for Halmari Estate Assam, which my importer has discontinued.  I am very delighted with this Assam and hope you love it too.  Just like Halmari, it’s bold, yet smooth and has a nice sweet lift on the finish and is wonderful with milk and sugar.  There’s just the right amount of briskness.

Assam is a low grown tea (at sea level) so has the deep red color and robust taste that many black tea lovers crave.  Assam is one of the blending teas in English Breakfast tea (the other being Ceylon).
